I never fancied deviled eggs, in fact they never appealed to me despite me eating eggs in any other shape or form.

But you know those random - out of the blue - cravings? Exactly. Deviled eggs crossed my mind on one of those Sunday mornings, and I felt like giving them a try, I made them very meticulously. I even dug and found those decorating icing tips in the kitchen so put them to good use.

Result was nice. Am I a fan? So so. I don’t love the extra creamy texture of the yolk mix with eggs. Would I do it again? It wouldn’t be my #1 choice. But it's a nice appetizer for Easter, birthdays, sport watching events, gatherings, etc.

Yuummmy! Nothing better than a good deviled egg! So many twists you can take by adding olives, (chopped or sliced), chopped pickles...and try smoked paprika, Roasted garlic powder, or smoked salts, or even smoked Black Pepper! (Amazon has all that stuff!)

And don't forget a cheap Ziplock makes a great piping bag, just fill, snip off a corner, and squeeze!
