How to Make No-Churn Fudge Brownie Ice Cream

  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa and vanilla
  • Add the whipped cream to the condensed milk mixture
  • Fold in brownies
  • Pour into pan, dot with fudge and freeze

Enjoy

This no-churn ice cream can be made in any flavor, with or without additions. If you are a purist and like vanilla then all you need are the sweetened condensed milk heavy cream and vanilla. Like berries, fold them in or do you prefer cookies, you can add them instead. Play around, be your own Ben and Jerry’s and invent a signature flavor for yourself.
